公司成立于2003年5月，經(jīng)過二十多年來的生產(chǎn)實(shí)踐，公司的制造理念、管理模式、工藝制造水平、產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量、服務(wù)意識以及生產(chǎn)研發(fā)能力都發(fā)生了深刻的變化，逐步適應(yīng)了汽車零部件生產(chǎn)的需要。產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量不斷提高，市場占有率逐年擴(kuò)大，經(jīng)濟(jì)效益持續(xù)上升，為我國汽車工業(yè)的發(fā)展做出了應(yīng)有的貢獻(xiàn)。
公司現(xiàn)有立臥式加工中心,全功能數(shù)控車床等各類機(jī)械加工設(shè)備一百多臺，德國蔡司三座標(biāo)測量儀、卓樂高精度對刀儀、日本三豐輪廊儀、表面粗糙度儀、大型高精度測量平臺等測量設(shè)備七十多臺，還有清潔度檢測室，長度計(jì)量室 多個(gè)產(chǎn)品實(shí)驗(yàn)室，為精密機(jī)械制造提供了可靠的技術(shù)保證。目前，汽車零部件年生產(chǎn)能力80萬件，能夠及時(shí)、有效地為客戶提供優(yōu)質(zhì)、穩(wěn)定的產(chǎn)品。
